Welcome to Go2Play! PH. By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Accounts You are responsible for the information on your account and for keeping your password secure. Court owner accounts require admin approval before they can be used. You must provide accurate details and may not impersonate another person. 2. Bookings & Open Play Booking a court or joining an open match is a commitment to show up. Some venues require owner approval before a booking is confirmed; until approved, a booking is only a request. Repeated no-shows may be recorded on your profile and may affect your ability to join future games. 3. Court Owners Court owners are responsible for the accuracy of their venue and court listings, availability, pricing, and for honouring confirmed bookings. Owners may set their own approval and cancellation practices for their venues. 4. Player Conduct Treat other players, court owners, and staff with respect. Harassment, abusive behaviour, cheating, or misuse of the platform may result in suspension or removal of your account. 5. Ratings & Results Skill ratings and match results are used to create fair, balanced games. They are estimates and are provided for recreational matchmaking only. 6. Payments Where payments apply, they are handled between the player and the venue unless stated otherwise. Refunds and cancellations follow the venue's policy. 7. Liability Pickleball is a physical activity undertaken at your own risk. Go2Play! PH and participating venues are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from play, bookings, or use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 8. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
